CARBON CREDITS:
Carbon credits represent the non-emission or capture of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere. One credit is equivalent to one ton of CO2.
The concept arose from the Kyoto Protocol in 1997 (3rd UN Climate Conference), which aims to "reduce greenhouse gases", which cause several environmental problems associated with climate change.
An alternative for developed countries and their companies, which are unable to achieve their goals for reducing gases (pollution) and also to benefit and encourage projects that scientifically prove actions that reduce CO2 in the atmosphere.

MOLHA COCO ALTO RESERVE:
The "Molha Coco Alto or Wet Coconut High Reserve" has an area of 1,072,000 square meters (107 hectares) of native forest from the coastal Atlantic biome. The equivalent of 150 soccer fields.
Located in Timbé do Sul (Santa Catarina, Brazil), its beauty and natural diversity can be appreciated from above, with a unique view of the canyon of the same name, from the city of São José dos Ausentes (RS).
It is estimated that the reserve has around 230 thousand trees and 23 thousand tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) captured by its vegetation and stored in its lands.
Up to 20 thousand different species of plants, 8 thousand of which are endemic to this biome.
ENCERRA RESERVE:
The "Encerra or Closes Reserve" bears the same name as one of the most popular canyons in the region.
It has an area of 1,469,417 square meters (146 hectares) of native forest from the coastal Atlantic biome with several water sources. The equivalent of 205 soccer fields.
Located in Timbé do Sul (Santa Catarina, Brazil), its acquisition was strategic in preserving the local ecosystem.
It is estimated that the reserve has around 320 thousand trees and 32 thousand tons of carbon dioxide (CO2e) captured by its vegetation and stored on its land.
MORRO DO CÉU RESERVE:
The "Morro do Céu or Sky Hill Reserve" has an area of 4,196,300 square meters (419.63 hectares) of native forest from the coastal Atlantic biome. The equivalent of 600 soccer fields.
Located in Timbé do Sul (Santa Catarina, Brazil), near Serra da Rocinha, its native vegetation protects the region's fauna and water resources, such as the Rocinha River, Cortina Waterfall and natural waterfalls. Tourist attractions in the region.
It is estimated that the reserve has around 990 thousand trees and 99 thousand tons of carbon dioxide (CO2e) captured by its vegetation and stored on its land.
The licensed reserve is the result of a partnership between the "Reserva Ambiental Company" and "Agro-Industrial Timbé do Sul".
AGRO INDUSTRIAL TIMBÉ DO SUL RESERVE:
The “Timbé do Sul Agro Industrial Reserve” bears the name of the company that owns it and pioneered its preservation and legal harvesting practices.
Originally acquired in 1970 by Erani Dorneles for resource exploitation, the property has since become a protected reserve licensed to our project, contributing to the preservation of native vegetation.
It encompasses an area of 10,040,000 m² (1,004 hectares) of native Atlantic Coastal Forest—an area equivalent to 1,434 soccer fields.
Located in Timbé do Sul (SC), the site not only protects the local biome and species but also preserves *paleotocas* (ancient animal burrows) featuring rock art of great archaeological significance.
In keeping with the standards for licensed reserves, the area features real-time electronic satellite monitoring, as well as boundary markers and signage to guide visitors and hikers.

AMOLA FACA:
Named after the river that crosses the border between Rio Grande and Santa Catarina and flows down the canyon and valley, to an emblematic waterfall 259 meters high, the "Amola Faca or Knife Sharpener
Canyon" has thousands of hectares of native forest of the Atlantic coastal biome.
Located in Timbé do Sul (Santa Catarina, Brazil) between São José dos Ausentes (RS), on the canyon route, we intend to ensure that its flora and fauna are preserved, collaborating with electronic monitoring, by satellite in real time and signage to guide visitors.
We work to ensure that the region is considered a Private Natural Heritage Reserve (RPPN) by the National System of Conservation Units (SNUC).

The Environmental Reserve Company LTDA. has acquired land and is planning the franchise's first "Botanical Garden."

This ecological, tourist, and cultural project begins with 11,500 square meters
in the recently inaugurated and scenic "Serra da Rocinha" in the tourist area of Timbé do Sul, Santa Catarina, Brazil, and is open to the public.
