Management of our own and licensed reserves, totaling 2.372 hectares or 23.726 million square meters of fauna and flora preserved from human action. The equivalent of 3.390 football fields.
Advice on the approval, inventory and sale of carbon credits.
In addition to other environmental and cultural actions and projects, for a more sustainable lifestyle.
The profits obtained from the advisory services are used to create a new "environmental reserve" of native forest.
PROJECTS:
- Management of own and licensed environmental reserves for environmental preservation.
- Projects of public policies for preservation and sustainable use of resources.
- Dissemination of environmental knowledge and sustainable culture projects.
- Consulting on georeferencing, registration and environmental certification.
- Trading and leasing of reserves for environmental compensation.
- Advice on approval, inventory and sale of carbon credits.
- Electronic monitoring of licensed forests and rural areas.
- Reforestation of reserves.
CARBON CREDITS:
Carbon credits represent the non-emission or capture of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere. One credit is equivalent to one ton of CO2.
The concept arose from the Kyoto Protocol in 1997 (3rd UN Climate Conference), which aims to "reduce greenhouse gases", which cause several environmental problems associated with climate change.
An alternative for developed countries and their companies, which are unable to achieve their goals for reducing gases (pollution) and also to benefit and encourage projects that scientifically prove actions that reduce CO2 in the atmosphere.
In addition to our own and licensed environmental reserves, we provide consultancy services to approve projects to obtain and sell carbon credits.
Sites, farms and forests of all biomes and planting crops, over 10 hectares, can carry out the inventory to obtain their credits.
Carbon credits are assets in blockchain technology. In Brazil, they are stored in certification bodies with the SBCE (Brazilian Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading System), an agency linked to the federal government.
Due to the goals agreed upon at COP 21 in the "Paris Agreement", an international commitment to minimize global warming, bill 2148/2015 was approved by the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, which regulates the market and emissions of greenhouse gases or carbon.
The territorial extension and biomes put Brazil at the forefront with the greatest potential for the generation and trade of credits.
Contact our team to homologate your land or buy credits generated by our environmental projects.
The profit obtained by consulting with commercial partners, through the management and homologation of carbon credits, is used to create a new environmental reserve of native forest.

MOLHA COCO ALTO RESERVE:
The "Molha Coco Alto or Wet Coconut High Reserve" has an area of 1,072,000 square meters (107 hectares) of native forest from the coastal Atlantic biome. The equivalent of 150 soccer fields.
Located in Timbé do Sul (Santa Catarina, Brazil), its beauty and natural diversity can be appreciated from above, with a unique view of the canyon of the same name, from the city of São José dos Ausentes (RS).
It is estimated that the reserve has around 230 thousand trees and 23 thousand tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) captured by its vegetation and stored in its lands.
Up to 20 thousand different species of plants, 8 thousand of which are endemic to this biome.
ENCERRA RESERVE:
The "Encerra or Closes Reserve" bears the same name as one of the most popular canyons in the region.
It has an area of 1,469,417 square meters (146 hectares) of native forest from the coastal Atlantic biome with several water sources. The equivalent of 205 soccer fields.
Located in Timbé do Sul (Santa Catarina, Brazil), its acquisition was strategic in preserving the local ecosystem.
It is estimated that the reserve has around 320 thousand trees and 32 thousand tons of carbon dioxide (CO2e) captured by its vegetation and stored on its land.
MORRO DO CÉU RESERVE:
The "Morro do Céu or Sky Hill Reserve" has an area of 4,196,300 square meters (419.63 hectares) of native forest from the coastal Atlantic biome. The equivalent of 600 soccer fields.
Located in Timbé do Sul (Santa Catarina, Brazil), near Serra da Rocinha, its native vegetation protects the region's fauna and water resources, such as the Rocinha River, Cortina Waterfall and natural waterfalls. Tourist attractions in the region.
It is estimated that the reserve has around 990 thousand trees and 99 thousand tons of carbon dioxide (CO2e) captured by its vegetation and stored on its land.
The licensed reserve is the result of a partnership between the "Reserva Ambiental Company" and "Agro-Industrial Timbé do Sul".
ERANI DORNELES DA SILVA RESERVE:
The "Erani Dorneles da Silva Reserve" is named after its owner and pioneer in preservation and legal extraction.
The area acquired in 1970 for the exploration of its resources has become a licensed protection reserve for our project, due to the desire of the owner and his children to contribute to native preservation.
It has an area of 17,000,000 square meters (1,700 hectares) of native forest of the coastal Atlantic biome. The equivalent of 2,428 soccer fields.
Located in Timbé do Sul (SC), in addition to protecting the biome and species, there is preservation of paleoburrows with rock art of great importance for archaeology.
Following the standard of licensed reserves, its area has electronic monitoring, by satellite in real time, and signage to guide visitors.
CANYON PROTECTION
AMOLA FACA:
Named after the river that crosses the border between Rio Grande and Santa Catarina and flows down the canyon and valley, to an emblematic waterfall 259 meters high, the "Amola Faca or Knife Sharpener
Canyon" has thousands of hectares of native forest of the Atlantic coastal biome.
Located in Timbé do Sul (Santa Catarina, Brazil) between São José dos Ausentes (RS), on the canyon route, we intend to ensure that its flora and fauna are preserved, collaborating with electronic monitoring, by satellite in real time and signage to guide visitors.
We work to ensure that the region is considered a Private Natural Heritage Reserve (RPPN) by the National System of Conservation Units (SNUC).
KNOWLEDGE RESERVE:
Through our communication channels and social media, we publicize the "Knowledge Reserve" and cultural projects for a more sustainable lifestyle to the general public.
On our website, in the ENVIRONMENTAL LIBRARY section, we organize and disseminate the texts of laws, regulations, books, videos and scientific research articles related to the environment and preservation.
We hold meetings with businesspeople from industry and agribusiness to encourage transformation projects for the use of renewable energy sources and the approval of green areas for carbon credits.
We believe that "knowledge" is a fundamental action for the evolution of human beings in minimizing their impact on the planet.
ENVIRONMENTAL COMPENSATION:
We commercialize and lease the brand's licensed reserves for environmental compensation in the state of Santa Catarina, Brazil in the Atlantic Forest biome.
ENVIRONMENTAL CERTIFICATION:
We provide consultancy for georeferencing, registration and environmental certification in accordance with municipal, state and federal legislation.
SOLAR RESERVE:
We work on developing projects to generate clean energy with solar plants.
Large-scale installations that convert sunlight into electrical energy using photovoltaic panels.
